Before coming on board at Killington Mountain School, Willis was President of Kiosko, a store fixture manufacturing company in North Springfield, VT, that worked with international clients such as Oakley, Adidas, and Ben and Jerry's among others.

Prior to Kiosko he served as SR Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Bullhorn, the premiere ASP for staffing professionals. He also served as Vice President of Business Development at myteam.com which is a venture funded, online sports portal for amateur sports. Willis has also worked within the ski industry, as Director of New Customer Development at American Skiing Company, and he was also a Marketing Director at Sunday River.

He started his business career as an Advertising Executive in New York City. Dave lives in Chester, VT with his wife and three children and a whole host of critters. He is a volunteer firefighter and coaches soccer, hockey, lacrosse and skiing and serves as the chairman of the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
