Registration Process Check List

  1. Register for programs via our secure registration site and follow instructions.
  2. Receive a confirmation email once your registration process is complete from the KSC/KMS Development Program Coordinator.
  3. Review the Program Requirements, Program Information and Registration Information below.
  4. Register for membership in the relevant competition organization for your child’s program. (See Program Requirements specific to your child’s program on the website to determine which organizations to join. Early registration is recommended to avoid late fees.) This is a good guide to start from:
    1. USSA (All competing alpine, freestyle, and freeskiing athletes): The United States Ski and Snowboard Association is the national governing body for alpine, freestyle and snowboarding in the United States.
    2. USASA (All competing snowboard and freeskiing athletes): USASA is the national governing body for snowboarding and grassroots freeskiing in the United States. All athletes competing in snowboarding and freeskiing must be members of USASA.
    3. VARA (all competing alpine athletes) Vermont Alpine Racing Association is the governing body for alpine ski racing in Vermont. All alpine athletes (Stars and up) who plan to race must join. If you have not registered for VARA membership, you may do so when you register for KSC / KMS Development Programs.

Registration Information:

  1. All registrations must be processed online.
  2. For participants that register prior to October 16, you may choose to select Deferred Billing and spread your program fees over three payments. The second payment (approximately one-third of the total program fees) will be applied to your Debit/Credit Card on November 16. The third and final payment (approximately one-third of the total program fees) will be applied to your Debit/Credit Card on December 16.

  4. Program prices will increase $100 on October 16th and will increase another $100 on November 16th - register today for the best value!
  5. KSC/KMS Development Programs do not offer refunds. Please purchase our Program Insurance Policy (PIP) to protect yourself in the event your child cannot complete the program.

When asked for a phone number, please provide the best number to reach a parent at during training and competition on weekends. Being able to look up all of the parents correct cell phone numbers at a moment’s notice during the program is critical.
  7. All programs must be paid in full by the first day of the program. No exceptions will be made without prior arrangements. Please contact the Program Coordinator with questions.

  9. Membership to the Killington Ski Club is mandatory for all program participants. This membership entitles you to full use of the club building, including tuning facilities, as well as participation in KSC-sponsored social activities and other offerings.
