Neil has been coaching for 18 years, starting at the Grand Traverse Ski Club in Traverse City, Michigan where he grew up and ski raced for 14 years.

Neil served as head coach at the National Sports Academy in Lake Placid and has coached in Mt. Hood, Colorado, New York, and Alaska, where he lived most recently for nine years and where he met his wife, Lacie. He brings a wealth of knowledge and great enthusiasm to his new role at KMS.
