Camp 1 will be a summer snow preparation strength camp which will help athletes prepare for the Action Sports on-snow camps during the summer.
Camp 2 will be a summer tune-up camp which will regroup the athletes, go over their summer training and create a training plan going into the fall and beginning of ski season. These camps are mandatory for KMS student-athletes and are an important component of a comprehensive summer training plan.
